We need a Duty Officer to join our team at Virgin Holidays to provide support for overseas staff, customers, suppliers, internal departments and Virgin Group Companies to ensure the smooth implementation of any change to a customer’s holiday. You’ll be providing 24 hour support and back up to all our staff and customers travelling within all Virgin Group Companies. You’ll be dealing with customer-related issues and initiating and dealing with disaster recovery such as illness in resort, natural disasters, ticketing and reservation issues.
We need someone with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to deal with people in stressful situations and an ability to make effective and consistent decisions, often under pressure.
